Trekking in Nagar

Trekking in Nagar is one of the best option to see the beauty of Hunza and Nagar valleys. Nagar, an unknown valley in Pakistan is actually a starting point for Rakaposhi base camp trekking and is full of panoramic views around. Nagar was also a small kingdom and had its own Rajas who are still the most influential family in this region. The unspoiled beauty of Minapin & Kachielli is a trekkers dream and a perfect place for hikers, mountaineers & hikers. One can take long walks or for those who prefer tougher adventure, the surrounding peaks present the ultimate challenge. Although the valley is at the foot of Rakaposhi, the surrounding foothills cut off the view. Formerly the Rajas of either sides (Hunza and Nagar) were used to fight with each other whereas now they are enjoing very strong relationship with each other. Trekking in Nagar offers some superb landscapes of Rakaposhi peak.
